2型糖尿病并发脑梗死46例临床分析

摘要 目的:通过对糖尿病并发脑梗死临床特点的分析,以达到早期诊断、早期防治的目的。方法:对2型糖尿病并发脑梗死及非糖尿病性脑梗死(对照组)患者的临床表现、合并症、头颅CT及疗效等方面的对比,探讨两者的区别,探讨该病的临床特点。结果:糖尿病组多发性脑梗死高于对照组,并发症高于对照组,治疗效果比对照组差。结论:2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者病情重,预后差,应在积极控制糖尿病的基础上综合治疗,降低致残率及死亡率。
