摘要
目的探讨交通伤致膀胱破裂的诊断和治疗方法。方法对63例交通伤致膀胱破裂的临床资料进行总结和分析。结果治愈58例;死亡5例,其中3例未及手术、2例手术后均死于严重合并伤。结论临床表现结合膀胱注水试验、B超、膀胱造影和CT等检查可诊断,但合并症掩盖膀胱破裂的症状易造成漏诊误诊。积极、及时、正确处理合并伤,及早手术修补膀胱裂口是关键。
Objective To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic bladder rupture by traffic accidents. Methods The clinical data of 63 cases of patients with traumatic bladder rupture by traffic accidents were analyzed. Results Fifty-eight cases were cured; five were dead. Three cases were not subjected to surgical operation, two cases died of severe associated injury after surgery.
