摘要
智能电动执行机构实现远程监控是目前研究的热点。本文介绍了基于CAN总线通讯的智能电动执行机构的设计思路及实现方法,具体介绍了电动执行机构的控制电路、驱动电路及CAN总线接口,并在PC机与电动执行机构之间接入CANUSB接口卡,在PC机WINXP环境下用VC++实现了与电动执行机构的CAN总线通讯与远程监控。结果表明,电动执行机构的控制方案效果较好。
Realizing long-distance monitoring of electric actuator is the hot investigation now.This paper introduces the design of electric actuator including its control circuit,drive circuit and CANbus interface based on CANbus, realizes CANbus communication by CANbus interface card between a pc and electric actuator with VC++ .The result shows its reliable perfect control effect.
