摘要
介绍了MSP430单片机控制的陶瓷窑炉系统,对数学模型与算法进行了分析,设计了软硬件。系统改进了PID控制,加入了混沌RBF算法,大大提高了温度控制的精确性。系统由两大部分组成,下位机负责测量数据,上位机负责对数据进行处理、显示等。与此同时使用串口通信RS-485实现了主从站控制。
Introduces the ceramic stove controlling system controlled by MSP430 single-chip computer, It analyzes the mathematic model and algorithm, designs of software and hardware, The system ameliorate the PID control method, adopts CHAOS-RBF, improves the accuracy of temperature control largely. There are two parts in this system, the lower machine measures the data and the upper machine with responsibility for data processing, display data and so on, Meanwhile, using the serial communication RS-485 to realize the control of principal and subordinate station.
