摘要
目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)在2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松发病中的作用与机制。方法用双能X线骨密度仪测定2型糖尿病患者的骨密度值(BMD),用酶联免疫法测定受试者血清IGF-1的水平,并与正常对照组比较。结果2型糖尿病组骨密度低于对照组(P<0.01),血清IGF-1水平低于对照组(P<0.01),糖尿病患者BMD与血清IGF-1水平显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论2型糖尿病组骨质疏松发病率增高,与IGF-1水平降低导致骨形成减少有关。
Objective To explore the role of IGF-1 in the mechanism of osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by double-X ray bone mineral density meter. The level of serum IGF-1 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay. Results Compared with normal control group, the BMD and the level of serum IGF-1 in type 2 diabetes group was significantly lower ( P 〈 0. 01 ). In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, the BMD was positively related with IGF-1 (P〈0.01).Conclusion The morbidity of osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus increasd and contributed to the low bone formation induced by IGF-1 decrease.
