摘要
总结了国外电力系统在应急处置方面的经验,包括应对因稳定破坏导致的电力系统大面积停电事故的经验和应对不可抗外力导致的电网支解情况的处置经验;提出了在中国电力系统建立和完善各种灾变情况下的安全预警与应急减灾机制的思路和建议。
This paper summarizes the different countries＇ emergency anti-disaster handling experiences, including the experience to handle the wide-area blackout of power systems caused by stability wreck, and the experience to handle the power system separation caused by unavoidable external forces. Based on these experiences, some ideas and suggestions are proposed to establish and improve the power system security warning and emergency anti-disaster mechanism for various disasters.
