摘要 建立离子交换色谱-紫外检测法测定乳制品中三聚氰胺。样品直接用水和乙腈提取,分析时用LC-SCX离子交换色谱柱分离,浓度为0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH值为3.0)-乙腈(70∶30)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,在紫外波长240 nm下检测。三聚氰胺在0.5~100.0 mg/L的范围内,质量浓度与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),最低检出限为1.0 mg/kg,加标回收率在93.8%~102.5%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3.5%。该方法简便、快速、准确,能够满足检测要求。 A method was developed for the determination of melamine in dairy products with ion exchange chromatography. Samples were extracted with water and acetonitrile. Chromatographic analysis was performed on a LC - SCX column eluted with 0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 (pH=3.0) - acetonitrile (70:30) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and UV detection at 240 nm, The present method showed good linear relationship (r = 0.9999) for melamin at the range of 0.5 - 100.0 mg/L, the detection limit were 1.0 mg/kg, the recoveries ranged from 93.8 % to 102.5 % with relative standaM deviations (P, SD) less than 3.5 %. The method is simple, fast, accurate for the melamine analysis.
