摘要
以高酸值油脂为原料,采用酸碱不同的催化反应体系,制备生物柴油。初步研究了不同催化酯交换体系中醇油比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对收率的影响。结果表明碱催化酯交换的反应条件为:醇油物质的量比为6∶1、催化剂用量0.5%、反应时间0.5h,生物柴油的收率可达98%;酸催化采用两次酯交换,反应条件为:醇油物质的量比为10∶1,催化剂用量0.5%,反应时间2.0h,反应温度150℃,压力0.4-0.6MPa,生物柴油的收率可达98%。
The transesterification reaction of high acid value fatty oil with methanol and catalysts was studied. The each reaction was affected by molar ratio of alcohol to oil, amount of catalysts, reaction time and temperature, etc. The results indicated that alkali - catalyzed the yield of fatty acid methyl ester could be achieved 98% ( based on weight of fatty oil), while the molar ratio of methanol/oil, the amount of catalysts, reaction time, reaction temperature were 6 : 1,0.5% ( based on weight of fatty oil), 0.5h, 65℃, respectively. The results indicated that acid - catalyzed the yield of fatty acid methyl ester could be achieved 98% ( based on weight of fatty oil), while the molar ratio of methanol/oil, the amount of catalysts, reaction time, reaction temperature and reaction pressure were 10:1,0.5% (based on weight of fatty oil), 2.0 h, 150℃ and 0.4 -0.6MPa, respectively.
