摘要 在LED应用中,对其性能的一致性要求非常高,因此需要在LED生产现场对LED进行快速检测和分选。采用PC机和TMS320LF2407A控制对LED进行多参数检测和分选,简化系统的硬件结构,减小系统的体积,有效降低系统的成本,显著提高系统的处理能力。 There is high request on the coherence of LED's performance, so it is necessary to measure rapildly and select LED on LED producing industry field. Multi-factors measurement and selection of LED are implemented by adopting computer and TMS320LF2407A.The system greatly simplifies the hardware architecture and reduces the size of the system. It reduces the system costs effectively and increases capacity of the system significantly.
