摘要
为了对载重越野车辆的地形通过性指标进行评价,本文首先对车辆的轮胎、悬架等关键模型进行了分析,得出了轮胎内压与轮胎刚度基本成线性关系的事实,并建立了轮胎的粘弹性有限元模型。研究了悬架的刚度一阻尼模型,并以多体动力学理论建立了车辆的7自由度运动学模型。对比分析了微分一代数方程组解法的优缺点,采用Gear算法实现了方程组的解算。实车试验与仿真结果对比表明,本文建立的地形通过性仿真系统与实车测试有较好的吻合性。
In order to estimate the terrain trafficability of the the off-read truck, the tire model and the suspension model were analyzed. The linear relations between pressure and stiffness was derived and the FEM tire mode was constructed. After researching the stiffness-damp model of the suspension, the 7 DOF model of the off-road truck was estimated based on the multibody dynamics. The experiment result shows that the simulation system of the terrain trafficability is reasonable.
