摘要
目的:探讨鱼白提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:用0.1、0.2、0.6 g/kg.bw剂量的鱼白提取物给小鼠灌胃30 d,观察其对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果:鱼白提取物0.6 g/kg.bw剂量组能提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数;0.1、0.2、0.6 g/kg.bw剂量组能提高淋巴细胞转化能力;0.2、0.6 g/kg.bw剂量组能提高NK细胞活性。结论:鱼白提取物能明显调节机体的细胞免疫与体液免疫功能,促进NK细胞的杀伤活性,表明鱼白提取物对小鼠免疫功能有一定的调节作用。
Objective：To investigate the immunomodulation of milt in mice. Methods：Milt＇s effects on immune system in mice were studied by the detections of T lymphocyte proliferation, the activities of NK cells and the serum hemolysins level after 30 d nutrition of Milt at doses of 0. 1,0. 2,0. 6 g/kg · bw. Results：The proliferation of spleen T lymphocytes, the activity of NK cells and the number of hemolysis void spot in mice were significantly increased at different doses of mih （P 〈 0. 05 ）, respectively. Conclusion：The results showed that Milt have an obvious effect on improving immunefunction.
