摘要
目的：利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定2007年度国家化妆品卫生监督抽检实验室质量控制样品中铅。方法：采用聚四氟乙烯消化弹在100℃下湿法消化处理样品。结果：共测定了4个批次8份化妆品样品,标准曲线相关系数为0.9994,相对标准偏差为0.90%～2.07%,加标回收率为93.8%～106%。结论：本法简便、快速、准确,适用于化妆品中铅的测定。
Objective：To detect the lead in national cosmetic quality control sample by air- acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods：Pretested samples were treated with PTFE digestion jar in 100℃. Results： Altogether, we determined four raid of eight samples, r = 0. 9994, RSD was 0. 90% - 2.07%, the recovery was 93. 8% - 106%. Conclusion： This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is a very good method for measuring lead in cosmetics.
