摘要
目的观察普贝生促宫颈成熟引产的治疗效果及总结护理要点。方法将40名无阴道分娩禁忌、单胎头先露位待产的孕妇采用普贝生放置阴道后穹隆,观察促宫颈成熟效果、分娩结局及新生儿评分,并配合做好护理工作。结果宫颈B ishop评分用药后12 h内提高2分者15例,有效率37.5%;宫颈评分提高3分者23例,显效率57.5%。引产成功31例,成功率77.5%。结论普贝生是一种安全有效的促宫颈成熟和引产药物。在使用过程中应严密监护产妇胎心音、宫缩及产程进展情况,确保安全有效用药。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of prostaglandin E2 on preinduction cervical ripening and summarize the nursing key points. Methods 40 patients of average pregnancy age 38.4 ± 0. 7 weeks, without any vaginal delivery contraindications, were observed. Prostaglandin E2 was vaginally administrated for preinduction cervical ripening and induced labor. The cervical ripening, delivery results and scores of neonate evaluation were observed and analyzed. Results 12 hours after the administration, the scores by Bishop increased by 2 marks in 15 patients （ 37.5% ） , and by 3 marks in 23 patients （ 57.5% ）. Induced labor was successful in 31 patients （77.5%）. Conclusions Vaginal prostaglandin E2 is safe and effective for preinduction cervical ripening and induced labor. During its administration, fetal heart sounds, uterine contraction and labor process should be strictly monitored.
