摘要
我们对一种称之为无灯丝预热回路的新型超细管径热阴极荧光灯进行了研究,该灯在制作工艺中首先将三元碳酸盐电子粉的预装灯丝电极进行除气、分解并激活,形成一个活性三元氧化物阴极状态,排气之后将引出的灯丝双脚导丝绞为一体,与一个工作频率为32~36kHZ的电子镇流器匹配工作,结果电极两端没有电压降,即在瞬时启跳交流工作时,可以在电极中心形成热点,热点发射状态下的弧光放电形成了。与现有的冷阴极荧光灯(CCFLs)相比,虽没有灯丝预热回路,但工作于热点阴极发射的处于弧光放电状态下的荧光灯在光通量、发光效率、寿命方面,有了相当大的改进。研制的目标是将超细管径荧光灯小型化及小功率化。
We report our research about a type of new super thin tube diameter hot-catholic fluorescent lamp with nonprehsatun. While making this type of lamp, first the ternary carbonate electrode powder preassemble filament electrode will be degassed, decomposed and activated, to form active ternary oxide coated cathode. After degassing, connect two ends of each fitaments togothor as one electrode, and work with ballast which operation frequency is 25 - 50 Khz. The result is there is no voltage drop at filament. That is to say, when instant start up alternating current operating, there could produce a hotspot in the center of electrode, arc discharge forms. Compared with the existed CCFL, have quite a lot improvements in luminous flux, luminous efficiency and longevity. The goal of the research is to make the super thin tube diameter fluorescent lamp smaller in size and lower in power;
