摘要 首次用多尺度熵的理论研究了心电图的ST段,并将心电图ST段多尺度熵分析结果和ECG多尺度分析结果进行比较。我们发现:健康人和冠心病人心电图的样本熵值接近,它们都要高于心梗病人的样本熵值;而健康人心电图ST段的样本熵值最小,冠心病人的最高,心梗病人的样本熵值在两者之间,并给出了合理的解释。心电曲线复杂度变化的这些特点对于早期临床诊断具有重要的意义。 The ST segment of electrocardiogram (ECG) was studied using muhiscale entropy (MSE) in the first time, and the MSE results of ST segments were compared with those of ECGs. It was found that the MSE values of electrocardiogram from healthy human and coronary heart disease (CHD) patients are close and both are larger than those from myocardial infarction (MI) patients. For the MSE values of ST segments, the least and the largest is those from the healthy people and from CHD patients respectively, and in the middle is those from MI patients. A reasonable explanation of the results is given. These characteristics of ECG complexity change have important clinical significance for early diagnosis.
