摘要
全流通时代,上市公司的市值管理问题正在越来越被各方所关注。基于提高市值管理有效性的目的,从上市公司的角度论述了实施市值管理的重要性,分析了目前上市公司市值管理存在动力不足、行为短期化、将市值管理等同于价值管理和将市值等同于企业实体价值等主要问题,并提出了如何实施市值管理的几点建议,最后将市值管理进行了重新定义。
During the entire circulation time, market value management of listed companies is a hot issue. To improve efficiency, this paper discusses the significance of implementing market value management from the perspective of listed companies, and analyzes current major problems such as insufficient power, short- term behavior, equating market value management with value management, and equating market value management with enterprise entity value. Some suggestions are also proclaimed. Finally, it redefines market value management.
