总结了麻醉学专业临床教学中，影响学生临床实践能力提高的3方面因素，并从教学手段、教学重点、教学方法等方面探讨了培养麻醉学专业学生临床实践能力的方法．
We summarized three factors which influence practical ability of intern during clinic culture in anaesthesiological department, and discussed how to develop the practical ability of interns majored in anaesthesiology on following aspects ： means, emabasis, methods.
