摘要
城市减压是城市化发展后面临的一个新课题,但一直以来治标不治本:高路网经济"闭关自守",发展空间受阻,双方"一人一把号、各吹各的调"。那么,我国东部许多实力相当、规模接近的中小城市群,与纵横交错的高路网要实现优势互补,就要双方联动。确立点轴地理经济形态,依托高路网,发展以服务区经济、道口经济、虚拟城区特色经济为主导的高路网经济,进而形成一种新的区域经济模式:虚拟大都市区。以浙中城市群为例,构建"婺州大都市区",以虚拟化形式实行大都市带动区域发展,达到城市减压、高速公路创收、点轴区域经济发展三赢态势。
Decompression of the city is a new topic which is behind the urbanized development, it has been to be a temporary solution, of which the selfish way in the economy freeway network limites the urban development opportunities. In order to achieve complementary strengths among many considerable strength urban groups of the eastern part of China and crisscrossing freeway network, we should finally implement the interaction of them. We shoud establish point-axis geo-economic shape, rely on the freeway network to develop freeway economy which takes the economy of service area in freeway, crossing economy, virtual urban-oriented economy as the dominant economic characteristics, then formate a new regional economy model: virtual metropolitan area. Taking Zhezhong urban agglomeration as an example to establish the "Wu-state metropolitan area" in order to implement the form of virtual metropolis to promote regional development, and cause the win-win-win situation of which the city decompression, income-generating of freeway, point axis of regional economy development.
