摘要
北京与天津相互影响形成了临港双核城市群,天津港在该双核城市群乃至发展京津冀经济中具有重要作用。从空间区位、贸易地位、经济基础、市场载体等多方面分析,天津具有足够优势成为依托港口带动京津冀经济发展的龙头。此外,也有诸多因素阻碍着京津冀之间的区域合作:缺乏总体规划、不合理的经济梯度,产业同构和产业链断裂,基础设施发展相对滞后。为此,需要统筹港口与腹地间的关系,明确天津在环渤海城市群中的功能定位,以便构造出以天津为核心的乃至以河北省临港地区为依托的京津冀的港城互动的临港带动型的区域经济发展模式。
Dual nuclei urban group connecting to port is shaped because of the interaction between Beijing and Tianjin, Tianjin port plays an important role in this dual nuclei urban group even in the development of the regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. On many aspeels such as spalial location, trade status, economic basis and marketing carrier, with relying on part, Tianjin has many optimums to become a head to drive the Jing-Jin-Ji economy . However, many factors are hindering the corporation among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei: being lack of entire programming, unreasonable economic grades, industrial structure being the same and industrial linkage, being discontinue. So the following is crucially necessary: planning the relationship between port and hinterland as a whole; defining Tianjin status in cireling-Bohai urban group, in order to structure regional developing mode of being driven by connecting to port and interaction between port and urban, which is based on the core of Tianjin even the region connecting to port of Hebei.
