摘要
韶钢炼轧厂电炉改造成电转炉后,开新炉的工艺发生了改变,在原有砌炉工艺不变的情况下,为适应电转炉的冶炼工艺,通过控制铁水加入量、造渣、吹氧等手段以保证烘炉效果,达到送电开炉的烘炉要求.
The transformation of the plain electrical arc fumace （EAF） to a converter at the Steelmaking and Rolling Plant of SISG needs a new commissioning procedure for the converter. With the furnace building procedure unchanged, the converter was successfully dried out, power supplied and commissioned by appropriately controlling the molten iron charge, properly making slag, and employing oxygen blow. This procedure well fulfilled the requirements for the converter commissioning.
