摘要
文章分析了影响循环流化床(CFB)锅炉热效率的主要因素,并介绍了具体的技术措施,包括适当提高燃烧温度、降低飞灰含碳量和床底渣含碳量,适当降低排烟温度,防止燃烧分层和燃烧偏斜等。其中重点分析了降低飞灰含碳量的具体措施,包括提高分离灰循环倍率,均匀供给燃烧室上部中心区的氧量,提高分离器的分离效率,以及电除尘灰再循环燃烧。
The paper analyzes the main factors influencing the thermal efficiericy of circulating fluidized bed boiler and briefs the concrete technical measures,including:to appropriately raising the combustion temperature,decrease the carbon contents of fly ash and battom slag,appropiately decrease the exit gas temperature,prevent the combustion segregation and deflection etc., among which,emphatically analyzes the concrete measures for decreasing the carbon content of fly ash,including to increase the circulation factor of separated ashes,evenly supply the oxygen to the upoer center zone of furnace,raise the separation efficiency of separator as well as the recycled burning of ashes from electrostatic precipitator.
