摘要
文章首先分析了影响发电厂煤耗指标的主要因素,然后对火电厂主要设备的改造进行了经济性分析,包括汽轮机通流部分改造、空气预热器改造、凝汽器胶球清洗改造、循环水泵改造,其他节能措施还有等离子点火技术、加强管理、优化运行等。
Presently it is a pressing task to save energy and reduce consumption for thermal power plants. First, the paper analyzes the main factors influencing the coal consumption indicators of power plant, then analyzes the economics of main equipment＇ s retrofit of power p lant, including the retrofits of steam turbine flow parts, air preheater, rubber ball cleaning of condenser, and circulating water pump etc. The other energy-saving measures also include plasma ignition technology, to strengthen management, and to optimize operation etc.
