摘要
依托太原地区"一网两库"科技基础条件平台,围绕太原市的七大支柱产业,建设行业内具有地方特色的大型科学仪器设备共享工程技术中心,对解决行业内的共性问题,提升太原市科技创新能力,构建节约型社会,缩短与国际国内先进科技水平的差距,推动太原市科技快速发展等,都有着非常重大的现实意义。
Depending on the ＂one network and two databases＂ technical foundation condition platform in Taiyuan area, centering on Taiyuan＇s seven pillar industry, and constructing large scientific instruments and equipments sharing project technology center which has the place characteristic in the business, this paper has extremely significant practical significance for solving general character problem in the business, promoting innovation ability of Taiyuan science and technology, constructing saving society, reducing the gap to international and domestic advanced technical level, science and technology, and reducing cycle of achievement transforms.
