摘要
本文对Q460C剪切后分层钢板取样进行低倍检验、金相组织、夹杂物、扫描电镜和能谱分析,指出造成Q460C钢板剪后分层的主要原因是铸坯中心偏析带存在大量的条状或片状硫化物、硅酸盐、氧化物等夹杂物所致。
The paper analyzes the macro examination, metallographic structure, inclusions, scanning electron microscope examination and spectrum of the samples taken from Q460C laminated plate after cutting and concludes that the lamination after cutting was mainly caused by the large amount of strip or flake inclusions like sulfide, silicate, oxide etc, existing in the centerline segregation band.
