聚对苯乙炔材料的合成及其在平面光源中的应用

摘要 针对烷氧基取代聚对苯乙炔(PPV)衍生物存在电子亲合势低的问题,合成了苯环上同时含有给电子和吸电子基团的新型PPV材料,并对聚合物的结构与性能进行了表征。基于该材料,采用单层器件物理结构,制作了平面光源。亮度-电压及电流-电压测试曲线表明该器件的开启电压为6V,具有较好的正向导通性能;在16V电压下,亮度可达10000cd/m2。 A novel electroluminescent polymer, poly (1,4-phenylenevinylene) (PPV) was prepared by the Gilch route in order to solve the problem of low electron affinily for the existing PPV material. The structure and performances of the material was characterized. The planar light source was fabricated by adopting the model of single-layer structure. The curves of brightness vs voltage, current vs voltage showed that the turn-on voltage of the device was 6V, showing excellent characteristic for diodes and the brightness could reach 10000ed/m^2 at the voltage of 16V.
