摘要
介绍了一种新型的Ku频段(12.25~12.75GHz)信标接收机下变频模块(BDC)设计。通过比较,证明了二次变频方案比三次变频方案在小型化设计上更有优势,对第一、二本振频率合成方案进行相位噪声分析,并简单介绍了模块内部微带放大、滤波电路的组成。从实测结果看,采用二次变频方案设计的信标接收机下变频模块具有70 MHz无关杂散低于-100dBm,相位噪声低于-65dBc/Hz@100Hz,-75dBc/Hz@1kHz,体积小,功耗低的特点。
A new Block of Down-conversion (BDC) used in Ku-band (12.25 - 12.75 GHz) Beacon-receiver is described in this paper. Comparing the dual conversion mechanism and the triple conversion mechanism, the dual conversion mechanism is more adaptable for implementing lower spurious outputs of signal independent at 70 MHz and miniaturization. In result, the features of the BDC such as the spurious outputs of signal independent at 70 MHz of less than - 100 dBm, the phase noise of less than - 65 dBc/Hz @ 100 Hz, - 75 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz, small volume and low power waste were achieved.
