摘要
电子产品机箱的接缝是引起电磁泄漏的一个重要原因,提高机箱接缝电磁屏效的传统方法历经多年的使用没有本质上的改变,而且在进行工程应用时,往往需在产品电磁兼容性与维修性间进行权衡。从电磁泄漏的原理角度出发,对机械接缝进行电磁兼容分析的前提下,提出了解决电子产品机箱电磁兼容性与维修性矛盾的一种新的方法,并对这种方案进行了理论分析。试验证明,采用这种方法能够达到现行电磁兼容标准的指标要求,同时也有效提高了产品的维修性。
The juncture of electronic product rack is an important way to bring the electromagnetic leak. The traditional method to improve electromagnetic shielding effect is used for years and seldom changed. In new project, engineers must trade off between the EMC and maintainability. This paper discusses and analyses the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of mechanic juncture and the principle of electromagnetic leak, and proposes a new method to mitigate the conflict of EMC and maintainability. This paper also discusses the method in electromagnetic shielding theory. The experiment results had proved that proposed approach not only can conform to the EMC guideline, but also can improve the maintainability of electronic products.
