摘要
在催化剂存在下通过微波照射,使取代的芳香酮与取代的苯胺或苄胺在无溶剂条件下进行缩合反应得到8个潜手性亚胺类化合物。利用正交实验筛选出微波干法催化合成潜手性亚胺的高产率条件,并通过红外、紫外光谱和核磁共振谱对目标化合物进行了表征。
Eight prochiral imines were synthesized through coupling of substituted acetophenones with substituted phenylamine or benzylamine under microwave-irradiation in the presence of the catalytic material acetic acid. The optimized reaction conditions for the solvent-free catalytic syntheses of prochiral imine under microwave-irradiation were obtained by the cross-experlmental method. All these compounds were characterized by UV, IR and ^1HNMR.
