摘要
用激光导热仪测定了5种填充不同量炭黑N 220的胶料在30~140℃时的导热系数,分析了导热系数随温度和炭黑填充量变化的关系,发现胶料的导热系数均随着温度的升高呈线性增大趋势,随炭黑填充量的增加也逐渐增大。将导热系数与温度和炭黑填充量进行了关联,得到了线性回归方程式,进而确立了适合于计算不同温度和不同炭黑N 220填充量胶料导热系数的关联方程λ=0.133 77+ 2.008 74×10^(-4)t+0.001 64 X。将用该方程计算的结果与实验值进行比较,60个数据点的平均相对误差仅为0.93%。
Thermal conductivities of five types of rubber filled with different amount of carbon black N 220 were measured with laser thermal conductivity meter at temperature from 30 ℃ to 140 ℃. It was found by analyzing the data that the thermal conductivities of rubber increased with the increase of temperature and amount of carbon black. At the same time, the thermal conductivities were correlated as a function of temperature and the amount of carbon black N 220, and the linear equations were obtained by a least-squares regression method. At last one polynomial equation A = 0. 133 77 + 2. 008 74 × 10^-4 t +0. 001 64 X for calculating the thermal con- ductivities was derived, which was composed of temperature and amount of carbon black N 220. The calculated values were compared with experimental data. And it was found that the relative error of 60 data points was 0.93%.
