冷凝性昆虫饲料定量分装系统研制

摘要 固体昆虫饲料在调制过程中呈液态,分装后逐渐变成固态,现有的分装设备很难实现由液态原料转为固态原料的机械化分装。根据昆虫饲料分装的技术特点,采取电加热保温控制、多个分装头输出及设备防腐设计,开发出冷凝性昆虫饲料定量分装系统,可满足昆虫饲料分装的低污染、高精度和高效率的要求。 Solid insect feed is liquid state in the modulating process, and gradually becomes solid after split charging operation. Current split charging technology makes it hard to convert liquid material to solid state in the mechanized split charging process. According to the technical characteristics of solid insect feed spilt charging operation and based on electric-heating insulation control, multi split discharging output and anticorrosion design of equipment, a new quantitative condensable insect feed distributing system has been developed and it can meet the needs of low pollution, high accuracy and efficiency for insect solid feed split charging system.
