摘要
中法战争作为一种突变性因素,使中越边境地区突破了传统的近代化由"沿海—内陆"发展递进的规律,成为滇、桂两省最早感受到近代化气息的地区。中法战争的产物——滇越铁路客观上造成云南由传统社会向现代社会过渡,并由此拉开了云南早期工业化的序幕,而近代广西边境贸易的缓慢历程正说明没有现代交通运力技术的移植和使用,导致了近代桂越边境贸易"外部动力缺乏,内部动力先天不足"的局面。因而从某种意义上说,中法战争带给了云南和广西近代化发展的契机。
As a mutation factor, the Sino- French war had broken the law of traditional modernization that progressive development from coastal to interior in China - Vietnam border area. The border area became the region that most early felt modern flavor in Yunnan and Guangxi provinces. As the product of Sino - French war, the Yunnan - Vietnam railroad caused Yunnan from traditional society transit to modern society objectively. It pulled open the prologue of Yunnan＇s early industrialization. In modern times, because lacked of modernization transportation vehicle in Guangxi, lead to the fact that Guangxi-Vietnam frontier trade lacked of enough interior and exterior development power. In some ex- tent, the Sino- French war had given the development opportunity of modernizing to Yunnan and Guangxi provinces.
