摘要
以对苯二酚为原料,经烷基化、氯化、硝化、镍催化剂催化加氢还原得到2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺。并对氯化、硝化、催化加氢反应条件进行了探索,得出了2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺较佳的反应条件,并应用于中试生产。四步反应的总收率64%,纯度98%。
The target compound ,2,5-dimethoxy-4-chloroaniline was synthesized from hydroquinone via the steps of alkylation, chlorination, nitration and hydrogenation deoxidation. And the react conditions of alkylation, chlorination, nitration and hydrogenation were also investigated. The optimum condition for synthesize of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-chloroaniline was obtained, and it was applied in pilot scale production. The over yield of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-chloroaniline was 64%, and the purity was 98%.
