摘要
大学阶段是青年学生社会化进程的重要时期。大学生在接受知识教育的同时,加强社会化素质的培养,对其成长为一个成熟的社会人十分重要。可通过五方面加强大学生社会化素质的培养:一是以学习知识为基础,做好社会化的理论储备;二是以社会实践为桥梁,努力培养大学生将知识量转化为知识能量;三是以提高大学生抵抗逆境能力为目标,努力培养其心理调适能力;四是以强化大学生社会交往为关键,努力培养其社会交往能力:五是加强网络道德教育,提高网络信息识别和判断能力。
College life is a very important period to the socialization of college students. Enhance to educate the socialization qualities, with learning the theory knowledge, is very necessary to educate college students to be real social persons. This paper offers five gateways to enhance the socialization qualities of college students, such as. improving theory qualities of college students through learning theory knowledge, raising comprehensive abilities based on the social practice activities, strengthening the mentality adjusting abilities in overcoming difficulties in the social activities, raising social communicational abilities in the social communication activities, improving the abilities to appropriate and analyse the information on the interact through the interact morality education.
