摘要
针对微机电系统(MEMS)加工技术的特点,对引信MEMS远距离解除保险机构与传统引信机构在结构上的差异进行分析,提出引信MEMS远距离解除保险机构形态的特点,及在设计时应注意的一些问题。
Considering the characteristics of MEMS fabrication technology, the structural differences between fuze MEMS and traditional delay arming devices are analyzed. The structural characteristics of fuze MEMS delay arming device and the problems that should be paid attention to are put forward.
