摘要
目的:通过观察中药黄蛭口服液对THP-1巨噬细胞源性泡沫细胞三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体A1(ABCA1)表达的影响,探讨中药黄蛭口服液对动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法:采用流式细胞术检测细胞平均AB-CA1荧光强度。运用逆转录多聚酶链反应检测ABCA1 mRNA的表达。结果:ox-LDL能够引起THP-1细胞ABCA1水平的上调;相对于阴性对照组中药黄蛭口服液能明显提高THP-1巨噬细胞源性泡沫细胞ABCA1荧光强度以及ABCA1 mRNA的表达。结论:研究显示中药黄蛭口服液能显著上调THP-1细胞ABCA1的水平。
Objective ：To study the effect of Huangzhi Oral Liquid on ATP binding cassette transporter AI （ABCA1） expression in THP - 1 macrophage - derived foam cells, and explore its effects on AC. Methods ： The mean ABCA1 fluorescence intensity of THP - 1 macrophage - derived foam cells was detected by flow cytometry. ABCA1 mRNA was determined by RT - PCR. Results ： The results showed that Huangzi Oral Liquid markedly increased the ABCA1 expression in the THP - 1 macrophage - derived foam cells, accompanied with the up - regulation of ABCA1 found with ox - LDL. Conclusion ： The level of ATP binding cassette transporter A1 （ ABCA1 ） expression in THP - 1 macrophage - derived foam cells can be up -regulated by Huangzhi Oral Liquid.
