摘要
通过多年定点定株定期对１８个杨树杂交种及无性系溃疡病发病情况连续调查，研究了杨树对溃疡病的抗病性变化规律，结果表明：在本研究范围内不同抗性类型的树种对溃疡病的抗性变化规律不尽相同。抗病类型和感病类型的树种随树龄增长，其抗性并不表现出明显的变化，但抗性树种同一杂交种或无性系各单株间的病害发生是完全随机的；而感病树种各单株间的病害发生却是必然的；中抗类型的树种随树龄增大抗病性亦增大，且同一树种各单株病害的发生有着部分的随机性。各树种的形态特性与抗病性之间有着密切的相关性。西玛杨，鲁易莎杨，Ⅰ－６９杨及与美洲黑杨杂交的无性系５２号，６５号，０６号，６６号，５７号。
A succeeding studies had been taken on 18 poplar species and lines for seven years,different resistant groups with its species and lines had been divided.The results showed that the changing patterns of different resistant groups of poplar species to canker( Dothiorella gregaria ) vary distictly.The resistance of both resistant group and susceptible group do not change with the age,and each individual in one species or line of the resistant group will be infected by canker disease with randomly,but the susceptible one can not get rid of the disease inevitably, the resistance of the mid resistant group will increase as the tree growing,and its individual will be infected with the half random.The tie between tree form and susceptibility to canker is very tight.Most of the Populous deltoides and its hybrid species with their characteristics in fast growing and resistant to canker,were recommended as the popular species in tree planting.
