摘要
在对大学毕业生的就业心理及其产生原因进行调查的基础上,分析了大学毕业生就业心理问题的表现,并对在新的就业形势下如何加强就业指导和心理调适,提出了相应的干预对策。
On the basis of the survey on the employment psychology and its causes, the paper analyzes the behaviors of the employment psychological problems of college graduates. Then the paper points out how to strengthen employment guidance and psychological adjustment under the new employment situation, and probes into the corresponding countermeasures.
