摘要
创新职业教育人才培养模式,是目前我国职业教育发展中面临的重大课题。在对传统职业教育人才培养模式存在问题认识的基础上,从我国职业教育理念的发展分析入手,分别从人才培养目标、课程设计与实施、教学方法以及质量评估等几方面对我国传统职业教育人才培养模式进行审视。
The innovative model of talent cultivation for vocational education is the most important issue that our country is facing to. Based on the knowledge about the problem of traditional model of talent cultivation for vocational education, the paper will start from the analysis on the development of the vocational education idea in China and review on the traditional model of talent cultivation for vocational education in our country from several respects： the target of talent cultivation, the plan and implement of curriculum, the method of teaching and the quality evaluation.
