摘要
在对某石化公司原有液化气脱硫醇装置存在问题进行分析的基础上,提出利用纤维膜脱硫醇技术脱除液化气中的硫。项目实施后液化气脱硫率提高,铜片腐蚀问题得到解决;同时装置碱渣排量明显减少,降低了对环境的污染。
Analysised the problems of the Gas Desul-furizing unit in One Petrochemical company, advanced the solution that removing sufur in gas by the technic of Fibre Membrane Desulfurizing. After the actualiza-tion of this program, the gas desulfurizing rate is raised, the problem of sheet copper eroding is solved, and the alkali residue of the unit is apparently re-duced, so did the environment pollution.
