对于港口集装箱的管理，很久以来港口都希望通过使用RFID标签对集装箱进行追踪．但集装箱的所有者一般是船公司或货运公司，港口本身无权对集装箱进行改造，而且标准的问题也一直制约这项技术的应用。另外，天津港出入车辆一般均为集卡，直接导致工作效率低．港口吞吐量下降。
As for management of containers, ports hoped to use RFID tags to trace containers, but the owners of containers are shipment companies, ports have no rights to rebuild the management of containers, furthermore, the standard problem still blocked the utilization of the technology.
