摘要
农村集体建设用地直接入市不但可以促进农地资源的更优配置,推动一系列制度创新,而且还可以促进社会公平、和谐和可持续发展。在实践中已经形成了一些基本的农村集体建设用地直接入市的方式以及以试点地区为代表的典型模式。当然,农村集体建设用地直接入市还存在着很多问题,针对这些问题文章进一步提出了应对策略和建议。
Some deep motivation lies in the phenomenon that Rural Collective Construction Land enter the land market directly. It is meaningful because it can make location of the rural land resource more perfect, result in serial of institutional creation, harmonize the society and propel sustainable development. In the past practice , there have been some ways of Rural Collective Construction Land entering the land market directly, and developed some typical district model. However, there is some problems to resolve. Aiming to those problem, some deeper institutional creation can be founded.
