摘要
通过对延边州田径项目现状调查研究,分析、查找与延边州田径项目后备人才培养的相关因素,提出延边州田径项目后备人才培养的管理体系和培养模式,科学地做好梯队建设与整体布局,全面提高田径项目教练员整体素质,为延边的田径项目后备人才的培养提供合理的建议与对策,为延边州田径项目的发展提供理论参考。
On the basis of study and investigations on the present situation of track and field sport in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefacture, some relevant factors on the reserve force training have been found and a system of management and training have been set up. A gradual reserve force should be gathered and quality of coaches should be improved. We made out a reasonable proposal of reserve force fostering and development for track and field in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefacture.
