摘要
[目的]通过对孝儿镇中心卫生院和镇卫生院的反应性水平进行比较分析,了解中心卫生院的反应性水平,为中心卫生卫生院改善医疗服务质量提供理论依据,从而达到提高当地居民健康水平的目标。[方法]采用问卷调查孝儿镇中心卫生院病人217人、镇卫生院病人75人,了解他们的反应性水平。[结果]在反应性7个方面中,反应性水平由高到低为:社会支持网络、保密性、及时关注、交流、自主性、尊严和基础设施质量。其中,镇卫生院在自主性、保密性、交流、及时关注和基础设施质量五个方面的评分高于中心卫生院。中心卫生院的反应性评分为8.28分,低于镇卫生院的8.54分。[结论]加强基础设施建设,改进医院卫生环境;适应医疗模式,改变职业素养;让病人充分享受知情同意权;积极创造条件,完善病人的自由选择权和及时性。
[Objective] To compare the responsive level of central health center and county health center m Xiaoer county, and to investigate their res .ponsive level, so as to provide the theoretical basis for central health eener to improve the quality of health service and for the purpose of improving the health level of local residents. [Methods] 217 residents in central health center and 75 residents in county health center were investigated in Xiaoer county by questionnaires to understand their responsive level. [Results] In the seven aspects of reactivity levels, the reactivity levels from the high to low were as follows: the network of society supports, secret, the prompt attention, communication, independent, the dignity and the infrastructure quality. Among them, the scores of town public health center in independent, communication secret, the prompt attention and the infrastructure quality were significantly higher than those of central public health center. The score of responsive level of central public health center's reactivity grades was 8.28, which was lower than that of county public health center with the score of 8.54. [Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen the construction of infrastructure, improve the sanitary condition of hospital, adopt to the medical model, change the professionalism, let patients fully enjoy the right of informed consent, and actively create the condition to improve the right of choice and the timeliness of patients.
