摘要
目的采用气相色谱法对复方地塞米松乳膏中樟脑、薄荷脑两成分进行含量测定。方法采用色谱柱:石英毛细管柱(0.53mm×30m,1.0μm);柱温:程序升温;载气:氮气;流速:5ml/min进行测定。结果樟脑、薄荷脑分别在各自浓度范围内有良好的线性关系。结论气相色谱法测定复方地塞米松乳膏中樟脑、薄荷脑含量快速、简便、准确。
Objective To establish a method to determine camphor and menthol in compound dexamethasone acetate cream. Methods A quartz eapiUary column（0.53 mm×30m,1.0μm） was used with prograined temperature and nitrogen as cartier gas. The flow rate was 5 ml/min. Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of the two chemicals. Conclusions The method is a rapid, simple and accurate for determination of camphor and menthol in compound dexamethasone acetate cream.
