摘要
冷却油在数控二轴铣钻床加工中,随着刀具的快速旋转会在机床周围形成油雾,这些加工时形成的油雾,影响操作也严重污染了环境。为此,分析了油雾形成的机理,提出了切实可行的解决方法。设计制造了油雾控制装置,有效地控制了油雾的扩散。
The atomized cooling oil, which was formed during the operating of CNC two-spindle milling machine because of fast rotation of the tools, affected the operation and polluted the ambient seriously. Therefore, a control device of the atomized oil has been developed based on the analysis of forming mechamism of the atomized oil.
