摘要
改革开放以来,我国的新闻事业突飞猛进,新闻教育事业也得到迅猛发展。目前,全国高校新闻与传播类教学点已接近700个,每年毕业的学生多达3万余人。由于主客观原因,各新闻院系为了使自己的毕业生在就业市场上具有竞争力,往往在强化学生的专业技能上煞费苦心,而在人文教育尤其是新闻职业道德教育方面却重视不够,加之受新闻界一些不良风气的影响,导致不少学生职业道德、职业理念、职业精神的缺失,走上工作岗位以后,加剧了新闻行业的某些不正之风。为有效地改变这种状况,高校新闻教育要充分认识社会现实对新闻教育专业的挑战,加大新闻伦理和道德课程的分量,注意教学内容的通用性与前瞻性,强化新闻职业教育,新闻教师更要言传身教,率先垂范。
Since the reform and opening up, China＇s news industry leaps rapidly, and the news education cause has been developed quickly. At present, the national colleges of Journalism and Communication have reached nearly 700 points, nearly thirty thousand students graduate every year. As the objective and subjective reasons, the news departments make their own graduates in the job market competitive, to strengthen the professional skills of the students, but in the humanities education, especially in news professional ethics education they have paid insufficient attention to. As a result, many students are lack of professional ethics and professional career spirit. To effectively change this phenomenon, the university press education should fully understand the social reality＇s challenges to the ethics in the journalism education and increase information ethical and moral component of the curriculum.
