摘要
红外焦平面探测器输出信号的均匀性是衡量器件性能的重要参数之一,利用基于MATLAB的小波变换,通过一系列分解和重构处理,可以画出探测器输出信号的高频或细节部分的波形,通过比较实际信号与理想信号之间的逼近程度或逼近速度,可以对探测器输出信号的均匀性作出定性描述或判断。该方法具有编程简单、实现容易等特点。
The uniformity of the output signals of an infrared focal plane array detector is one of the important parameters for measuring the performance of the device. The waveforms of the high frequency or detailed information in the output signals of the detector can be plotted through a series of decomposition and reconstruction processing by using the wavelet transform based on MATLAB. The uniformity of the output signals of the detector can be described or judged qualitatively by comparing the actual signals withthe ideal signals in approximate degree or speed. This method has the features of simple programming and easy implementation.
