摘要
目的探讨促进小儿手烧伤尽快治愈的方法和护理措施。方法我科门诊2005年9月-2006年7月收治的56例手部烧伤小儿作为治疗对象,严格消毒清创后,外喷重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(扶济复),敷上烧伤八号膏油纱布包扎。结果56例小儿手烧伤经包扎治疗全部治愈,其中51例Ⅱ度烧伤愈合后无疤痕增生,关节活动正常。5例Ⅲ度烧伤愈合后有疤痕增生,经康复护理,关节功能恢复良好。结论小儿手烧伤如是浅Ⅱ度、深浅混合Ⅱ度或小面积Ⅲ度烧伤在门诊通过包扎治疗,效果良好。
Objective To study the treatment and nursing methods of children＇s hands bum. Methods Fifty-six children with hand bum were treated by human fibroblast growth factor after strictly disinfection and debridement,then No. 8 burning ointment was applied and the wounds were bandaged. Results All children healed. Fifty-one children who suffered second-degree bum healed without scarring and their joints could act normally. The other five children in third-degree bum healed with scarring but joint function recovered well via rehabilitation nursing. Conclusions If the bums on children＇ s hands are mild second-degree, mixed second-degree or third-degree on a small area,this bandaging therapy is effective.
