摘要
一支稳定充足、高素质的作者队伍是学报可持续发展的基石。学报不仅要重视作者队伍的显性化建设,以多种方式组建和提高作者队伍,还要重视隐性化建设,从自身出发,通过强化学报的学术使命感、刊物品质、管理意识、服务质量等,与显性建设互融互补,达到凝聚和提高作者队伍的目的。
A stable and excellent group of writers are essential to the sustained development of university journals.Therefore,university journals should not only attach importance to the overt construction of their writers by improving their quality,but also lay emphasis on the covert construction,which is complementary to the overt construction.By strengthening journals＇ academic mission,quality,management and service,we can achier the aim of consolidation and improvement of journals＇ writers.
