摘要
肠毒素性大肠杆菌(EnterotoxigenicEscherichiacoli,ETEC)是引起幼儿腹泻和旅游者腹泻的重要致病菌。本研究的目的是构建既具有抗菌能力又有中和毒素能力的工程菌株。本研究以Blue-script质粒为载体构建了表达CS3和CT-B的双价重组抗原的克隆株。口服免疫BALB/c小鼠和肌肉注射免疫家兔,该重组菌株可以诱发抗CT-B和抗CS3的双重免疫应答,为构建多价腹泻疫苗株奠定了基础。
Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) is one of the most important pathogens of diarrhea in children under age 5 years and in travelers.A multicomponent vaccine made up of anti colonization factor immunity plus toxoids may provide the best immune stimulation.A recombinant strain which could express bivalent antigens of CS3 fimbriae and cholera toxin B subunit (CT B) was constructed using plasmid vector bluescript.Inoculating mice orally and immunizing rabbits intramuscularly demonstrated that the recombinant strain could induce immune response against the two antigens.
